PROJECT:- LIVERPOOL RAILWAY STATION
END CLIENT: CITYRAIL & DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT
PROJECT VALUE: $15 MILLION (Concourse building)
                            $5.5 MILLION (Transport interchange)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New elevated railway concourse over main southern railway line incorporating passenger links to bus and rail platforms. The concourse structure was designed to accommodate the transport interchange and main southern railway line design requirements. While achieving the requirements of the authorities, SCP also incorporated the building form and finishes nominated 
by the architects The transport interchange included transport requirements for commuters using buses, taxis and private cars.

Control Tower and Base Building

END CLIENT: department of defence
PROJECT VALUE: $6.5 million (Total project value )
Special features:24m high Control Tower with Cylindrical Roof supported on three columns Concrete central shaft with composite steel floors at Standown and Cabin level.  Concrete floors have complicated profiles and  tight deflection limits. Base building has a steel roof supported on a Concrete Raft Slab constructed from low shrinkage concrete.
SCP involvement: Full structural design and site supervision. Close co-ordination with the project architect and Managing Contractor  to develop a structural solution that maximized visibility for the operators and also  reduced dynamic deflections to acceptable levels.

CLIENT:  Dubbo RSL Club
PROJECT VALUE: $16 MILLION
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Extension and refurbishment to the existing Club premises, built originally in 1946. The extension was to create a new vibrant image for the Club, and to be recognized as one of the finest Clubs in the State.
special features: The structure design required simple, uncomplicated framing while still achieving the aesthetics required by the architect. Existing club operations continued during the construction.
