Special features:

Ground floor transfer slab supporting 11 stories. Transfer floor is post tensioned with spans up to 9m and incorporates a swimming pool. Two 11 storey stair shafts which brace each wing of the main block are supported on the Ground Transfer Floor.

SCP Involvement:
Full structural design and construction supervision of the project. Develop structural framing in association with architect to minimize column transfer, hence minimising structural cost.
