Four low rise apartment blocks on underground carpark basement.

SPECIAL FEATURES
  • 123 units.
  • Ritek walls with reinforced concrete floor slabs.
  • Ground floor transfer slab supporting up to five stories. Transfer floor is post-tensioned with spans up to 9 metres and incorporates a swimming pool
  • Floors are flat plate with no drop panels - set ceilings.
  • External Concrete Stair Cores supported on transfer floor.
SCP INVOLVEMENT
  • Full structural design and construction supervision of the project.
  • Develop structural framing in association with architect to minimize column transfer, hence minimising structural cost.
  • Ritek walls as frame columns to avoid internal bracing.
