PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The new CSB consisted of large floor plates with wards or building “pods” protruding from the hub of the main building. The facades of each of these protruding wings was specifically architecturally treated with various sun-shading devices, differing façade materials required specific structural support, simultaneously integrated with the function of the internal floor use.

    Fully post tensioned structure, with specialist design for equipment and vibrational characteristics associated with occupancy and equipment use. Up to 50 concrete pours of suspended structure. Full 3D BIM modelling with Revit and 3D structural modelling.
